At İbadet Vakti Pro we respect your privacy. You do not need to register or provide any identity information to use the app.

Data collected

• Location: Used to calculate prayer times and the qibla direction. Your location is sent only as coordinates to the relevant services for this calculation; we do not store it. You can also use the app by choosing a city without granting location permission.
• Your in-app preferences: Theme, language, calculation method, dhikr counters, worship tracking and bookmarks are stored only on your device.
• Anonymous identifier: An anonymous identifier is created for community features such as the Khatm Chain, the salawat campaign and the “Ameen” counter. This identifier is not linked to your personal information.
• Advertising: The free version shows Google AdMob banner ads. AdMob may process device identifiers to serve ads. Details: Google’s privacy practices.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data, nor share it with third parties for marketing. Only the service providers required for the app to work are used (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, prayer time calculation services).

Where data is stored and cross-border transfer

Data from community features (anonymous ID, nickname, chat messages and Suggestion Box texts) is stored in Google Firebase data centres located in the European Union. For prayer-time, weather and nearby-mosque lookups, your location is sent only as coordinates to the relevant service providers (Aladhan, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap Overpass); their servers may be located outside your country. We do not store your location. You can also use the app without granting location permission by selecting your city manually.

Children’s privacy

The app is suitable for users of all ages; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Your rights

You can clear all data stored on your device from the app settings, or delete it by uninstalling the app. You can contact us for requests under applicable data protection law (KVKK / GDPR). You can also have your anonymous records on the server deleted: Delete My Data.
